Seldom seen as an official single malt, Auchroisk reveals a deeper, more complex side here, with a rich malty core complemented by baked apple, toffee, and gentle dried fruit. The flavour profile is rounded and mature, unfolding layers of honeyed sweetness, soft spice, and subtle oak influence, before finishing long and warming with a dry, lightly nutty elegance that makes this a quietly impressive and rewarding dram.
