Ballindalloch - Bourbon Cask #2 - 2016

This whisky is part of the first UK wide release of the Ballindalloch distillery. 

Based in Speyside Ballindalloch was founded in 2014 on the estate of the same name. Home to the Macpherson-Grant clan since 1546. Ballindalloch is Speyside's first true 'estate distillery'. 

This Single Cask Bourbon matured whisky was distilled in 2016, the second Bourbon barrel filled at the distillery at a strength of 60.5%, natural colour and non-chillfilltered.
