Dalmore 15 Year Old is a classic Highland single malt from The Dalmore, renowned for its rich, sherry-led house style and meticulous wood policy. Matured initially in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in a trio of rare sherry casks from González Byass, Apostoles, Amoroso and Matusalem Oloroso. This expression was designed to showcase balance and depth rather than power. The flavour profile is smooth and layered, offering notes of orange zest, dried fruits and dark chocolate, followed by warm spice, toffee and roasted nuts, with a long, elegant finish that reflects Dalmore’s heritage of luxurious, expertly crafted whisky.
