The Macallan Edition No. 1 is a distinguished single malt Scotch whisky, introduced in 2015 as the inaugural release in The Macallan's Edition series. This limited edition was crafted from a combination of eight unique European and American oak cask styles, each selected to impart distinct characteristics to the whisky. The Edition 1 was never released to the UK market so is by far the hardest to locate out of the whole 'Edition' series.
