The MacNair's Exploration Rum Panama 7 Year Old is a distinctive spirit that reflects Master Blender Billy Walker's innovative approach to cask maturation. Distilled in Panama from molasses using a column still, this rum undergoes a unique dual maturation process. Initially aged in American oak casks in Panama's tropical climate, it is then transported to Scotland's GlenAllachie Distillery for secondary maturation in casks that previously held peated Scotch whisky.
