St. Andrews was once a prominent pilgrimage site due to relics saved by the city.  A thousand years later, Pilgrims gin attempts to encapsulate the experience of such a journey. Earthy notes of angelica, coriander, and juniper blend well with the acidic additions of grapefruit, liquorice and black currant.
