Raasay - 5 Year Old - Rye

An unusual cask selection, the Ex-Rye casks used to mature this whisky were sourced from the Woodford Reserve Distillery in Kentucky.  Raasay's Na Sia series forgoes their signature six cask recipe in favour of a single cask, demonstrating the unique elements that go into their main production.  On its own, the Ex-Rye casks create a light-coloured and delicious peppery whisky.
